Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with a large ERP system, preferably Workday or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of billing specialists to ensure accurate invoice creation.
• Review and correct invoices timely and accurately; own billing procedures.
• Manage multiple client and biller relationships and monitor WIP for timely invoicing.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure appropriate billing activities and client account reconciliations.
