Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking a Centralized Billing Team Lead in Colorado to oversee a team that creates and reviews invoices for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will work closely with Partnership, Job Billers, and Job Managers to optimize revenue and realization, while guiding staff development and implementing billing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business administration or accounting are plus.
• Five years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with a large ERP system, preferably Workday or similar.
• Working knowledge of electronic billing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a billing team to ensure accurate invoice creation.
• Review and correct invoices timely; address billing issues.
• Manage multiple client relationships and WIP to ensure timely invoicing.
• Collaborate with departments to support billing activities and data clean-up.
