Job summary

OWL Services is seeking a Billing Supervisor in Montgomery, AL to lead the daily billing operations for multiple departments. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You will monitor workloads, guide staff, and ensure adherence to policies while driving process improvements across Billing, AR, Operations, Sales and Customer Service. A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for daily billing operations.
• Monitor workload to meet productivity and service level goals.
• Coach and develop billing staff through performance feedback.
• Track KPIs, billing backlogs, aging work orders and portal compliance.
• Collaborate with Billing, AR, Operations, Sales and Customer Service to improve processes.
• Review and approve payroll, attendance, timekeeping, and PTO requests.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
