Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in billing operations, invoicing, or financial transaction processing
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Formulas)
• Experience using SQL, Visual Basic, or Access

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day billing operations and assign tasks to the team
• Serve as primary weekend billing support lead and ensure continuity of operations
• Monitor deadlines, generate recurring analytical reports, and maintain data integrity
• Collaborate with IT during system testing and document issues
