Rlglobal is seeking a Billing Supervisor in Ocala, FL to lead a team of billing and support staff, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing while coordinating tasks across the department. You will focus on process improvements, training, and cross training to boost efficiency.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor staff. Experience with Mcleod, Cargowise, and Deposco is a plus, and a high school diploma or a relevant degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in a billing or finance team.
• Solid understanding of AR/AP, cash management, and billing cycles.
• Ability to train and mentor staff and develop career pathways.
• Experience with transportation or logistics billing is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates scheduling, backup coverage and allocating team members to specific tasks based on the department's needs.
• Maintains levels of productivity through self-direction, goal setting, feedback and accountability.
• Analyzes and evaluates issues to identify root cause with emphasis placed on streamlining and automation.
• Mentors team members to develop technical abilities and meet performance goals.
• Creates, improves, and documents processes to enhance efficiency.
• Develops and reports metric information to management.
• Works with billing software such as Mcleod, Cargowise and Deposco to ensure accuracy.
• Ensures timely billing and supports DSO goals for collections.
• Collaborates with AR/Collections, Billing Analysts, and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Fosters clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
