ARIZONA WATER COMPANY is seeking a Billing Systems Lead to guide the Billing Operations and Business Systems teams. You will analyze processes, collaborate with Rates, and support CIS platforms while triaging issues and implementing technology solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to documentation and end-user support across billing and tax processes.

Formación

• 3+ years in utility billing or operations analysis.
• Experience in leadership and supervising a team.
• Strong MS Office and document creation skills.
• Knowledge of business process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Ability to prepare clear procedures and technical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Arizona driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational support for the Billing team.
• Analyze business processes and recommend system or process improvements.
• Maintain CIS meter read and billing schedules and data imports.
• Support CIS and Billing rate structures; troubleshoot issues.
• Develop documentation and tools for billing operations.
• Assist Customer Service with payment research and billing analysis.
• Perform quality control reviews of billing and tax rates.
• Participate in system testing and document outcomes.
• Provide user support for CIS-related software and reporting tools.
