Qualifications

• 8+ years of Techno Functional Manager experience in utility customer operations, billing, CIS or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Meter-to-Cash lifecycle including billing, payments and revenue operations.
• Experience integrating CIS with MDM, ERP, CRM and downstream systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, design, testing and deployment.
• Oversee utility billing processes, rate implementation, usage validation and revenue assurance.
• Coordinate CIS-MDM-ERP-CRM integrations, data mapping and interfaces.
• Support SIT/UAT, defect management, cutover planning and post-production stabilization.
• Guide cross-functional teams across business, technology, testing and vendor resources.
• Facilitate design sessions and ensure alignment of processes with system capabilities.
• Manage dependencies across billing, metering, reporting and operations.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation and successful migration of customer/billing data.
