To Be Discussed Later is seeking a Business Analyst with CIS and Billing to lead techno-functional initiatives in Nashville, focusing on Meter-to-Cash processes, billing, and revenue operations within a utility context.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution design across business and technology teams, with exposure to SIT/UAT, defect resolution, and cutover planning for successful go-live and stabilization.

Competenze

• 8+ years in techno-functional management in utility operations (billing, CIS, or related programs).
• Strong understanding of Meter-to-Cash lifecycle including billing, payments, revenue operations.
• Experience integrating CIS with MDM, ERP, CRM, and payment systems.
• Familiar with SIT/UAT, defect management, cutover planning, and post-production support.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement.

Mansioni

• Lead techno-functional activities across the billing project lifecycle from requirements to production support.
• Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, billing SMEs, product owners, technology teams, and partners.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate into functional/technical specs.
• Facilitate solution design sessions aligning business processes with system capabilities.
• Review designs, configurations, interfaces, and changes; ensure data quality and migration success.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect triage, and business validation.
• Manage dependencies across customer, billing, metering, integration, reporting, and operations.
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, hyper care and stabilization.
• Drive process improvements and automation across customer and billing functions.
• Maintain strong client-facing communication and executive reporting.
