ARIZONA WATER COMPANY is seeking a Customer Systems Analyst to analyze business processes, support enterprise applications, and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL. The role involves administering user access, triaging core system issues, and translating operational requirements into practical technology solutions that improve efficiency and decision-making across the Company.

Under the supervision of the Customer Systems Manager, you will collaborate with multiple departments,

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent, 10+ years experience in data analytics and customer information systems
• Experience with enterprise applications, CIS, billing systems, meter reading systems, or payment processing platforms is preferred
• Knowledge of SQL and Power BI; ability to create reports and dashboards
• Ability to write clear procedures, technical documentation, and business correspondence
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Analyze business processes and identify workflow inefficiencies
• Support core utility systems and enterprise applications
• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI and SQL
• Manage user access, roles, and security within systems
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, and deployment across DEV/TEST/PROD environments
