Saulsbury Industries in Odessa, Texas is seeking a Corporate Accounting Billing Supervisor to lead a billing team, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing across all projects per contract requirements. This role supervises staff, collaborates with internal departments, and interfaces with external client representatives to deliver reporting and recommendations for process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive billing or accounting experience, 2+ years of supervisory

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive billing or Accounting experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience of an Accounting or billing team.
• Construction, energy, infrastructure, or related industry experience a plus.
• Experience with job costing and project-based financial reporting a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee the daily workflow of the billing team to ensure timely completion of tasks and reviews before invoices.
• Review and approve invoices, payment applications, lien waivers, and other supporting documentation to comply with contract terms.
• Verify the accuracy of billing data, including project costs, labor hours, and materials.
• Drive billing process improvements to increase accuracy and reduce cycle time.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve billing issues with clients.
• Provide accurate weekly reporting on client invoice status.
