Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing, accounting, revenue operations, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support WIP management and project billing records.
• Monitor time entry compliance and follow up on missing entries.
• Assist with revenue estimates and project financial trackers.
• Prepare draft pro forma invoices per terms and client requirements.
• Support invoice review, approvals, and delivery tracking.
• Maintain organized billing files for reporting and audits.
