Job summary

Keystone is seeking a Billing professional to oversee end-to-end invoicing for Time & Materials and fixed-fee engagements. You will drive collections, manage AR reporting, and ensure compliance with client requirements across our growing global firm.

Based in Boston, MA, the role requires in-office presence three days per week. Prior law-firm billing experience and proficiency with LEDES, Salesforce, and NetSuite are highly valued. Eligible for discretionary bonus and 401k benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related financial operations; billing experience in a law firm is preferred.
• Demonstrated collections experience with reducing past-due balances.
• Understanding of LEDES billing requirements.
• Global or multi-jurisdiction billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the firm’s collections process, follow up on invoices, and drive timely collections.
• Deliver transparent reporting on receivables and billing status to leadership and teams.
• Review and monitor monthly invoices for Time & Materials and fixed-fee engagements; handle approvals and issues.
• Update matter and timekeeper rates; maintain accurate billing information and client guidelines.
• Manage billing appeals and disputes; coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Support multi-currency invoicing and local regulatory/tax compliance for global offices.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy and support special projects.
