Job summary

Keystone is a premier economics, technology, and strategy consulting firm seeking a Billing Operations professional in Boston, MA to manage end-to-end invoicing for Time & Materials and fixed-fee engagements. You will lead collections, ensure accurate AR, and drive automation with billing technology across global offices including Singapore and Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related financial operations; billing in a law firm preferred.
• Strong collections experience with past-due balances.
• Knowledge of LEDES billing and client billing guidelines.
• Global multi-jurisdiction billing experience a plus (Australia, India, UAE, Singapore, Canada).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing data.

Responsibilities

• Own the firm's collections process and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).
• Deliver reporting on receivables, collections status, and balances to leadership.
• Review, submit, and monitor monthly invoices (LEDES, T&M, fixed-fee).
• Update matter and timekeeper rates; maintain billing information and client guidelines.
• Manage billing appeals and disputes with stakeholders and clients.
• Support multi-currency invoicing and compliance for global offices.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve billing processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accuracy across billing and AR.
