911inform is seeking a hands-on billing specialist to manage invoicing for ~400 customers using QuickBooks. You will prepare, review, and issue invoices, build quotes, set up billing schedules, and ensure accurate records across sales, project management, and accounting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on billing experience with high-volume invoicing.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online.
• 2+ years in billing, AR, or bookkeeping.
• Detail-oriented to catch errors before others.
• Able to multitask across several billing cycles.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, direct communication with sales, PMs, and ops.
• On-site availability in Wall Township, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing 400 customers accurately and on schedule.
• Build quotes and estimates from sales inputs.
• Set up and update billing schedules for new/ renewing customers.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and backup docs.
• Track down missing information to prevent delays.
• Resolve customer billing questions and discrepancies.
• Maintain separation between 911inform and affiliated entity in records.
• Take on more billing tasks as scope grows.
• Flag and escalate problems early.
