Qualifications

• Accounting: Understanding of basic finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
• Invoice Processing: Experience uploading invoices to third-party portals and processing payments in various forms; ability to analyze data in spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices post completion for 875 Inc.
• Validate billing data (taxes, customer information, terms) against contracts/POs.
• Coordinate with sales, service coordinators, and project managers on billable work.
• Prepare reports for unbillable work (WIP) for progress billing.
• Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting from Manufacturer Portals; support data clean-up.
• Submit invoices timely within manufacturer portals.
• Assist in customer financial onboarding.
