Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent field.
• 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or accounts payable.
• Experience with invoice processing and data analysis in spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for cases post completion and ensure data accuracy.
• Resolve discrepancies before invoicing and verify taxes, terms, and customer data.
• Coordinate with sales, service coordinators, and project managers on billable work.
• Prepare reports for unbillable work (WIP) and support data clean-up across portals.
• Submit invoices timely in manufacturer portals and maintain customer records.
