Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processes invoices post completion for 875 Inc.
• Resolves discrepancies prior to invoicing and validates billing data.
• Coordinates with sales, service coordinators, and PMs on billable work.
• Prepares reports for unbillable work (WIP) for progress billing.
• Provides monthly and ad hoc reports from portals and cleans data.
• Submits invoices timely in manufacturer portals.
• Supports customer financial onboarding.
• Processes commission entries for Sellers per SLAs.
• Maintains daily customer records for Billing activities.
• First point of contact for updating customer records and outreach.
