Responsibilities include processing invoices, reviewing orders, and updating customer billing data while coordinating with sales and customer service to resolve discrepancies and support month-end closings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience as a Billing Clerk or in a similar accounting support role strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP or QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and process invoices for products and services rendered to customers.
• Review sales orders and shipping documents to ensure accurate billing information.
• Enter and update customer billing data into the accounting system.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer inquiries promptly.
• Generate and distribute billing statements and reports.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to billing.
• Maintain organized billing files and records.
• Communicate with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth billing operations.
