Flying Food Group in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Billing Clerk to prepare, review, and process invoices for airline and non-airline customers. You will verify orders, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain financial records in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include generating invoices, reconciling against POs, processing credits, and supporting month-end close. Strong Excel/ERP skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate billing and timely

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• 1-2 years of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or accounting experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, airline catering, logistics, or distribution environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of billing procedures and accounting principles.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and process invoices for airline catering, retail, food service, and commercial customers.
• Verify customer orders, delivery records, production reports, and pricing agreements before billing.
• Ensure accurate billing for food products, transportation charges, special requests, and other services.
• Reconcile invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery documentation.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, customer inquiries, and payment issues.
• Maintain up-to-date customer billing records and account information.
• Process credit memos, adjustments, and account corrections as needed.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with accounts receivable collections.
• Prepare billing reports and support month-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and invoicing.
