Job summary

Moove NA, a pioneer in lubricant distribution, seeks an Accounts Payable/Billing Specialist to manage high-volume customer invoicing and related duties. You will verify invoice details, process adjustments, RMAs, and credits while ensuring timely submission to customers by mail, email, or online portals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and strong communication, accuracy, and multitasking skills.

• Computer Skills: Word processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet, order processing and database software; dual monitor setup a plus.
• Language Ability: Read/interpret safety rules and procedures; write routine reports; speak effectively to groups.
• Math Ability: Calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, geometry basics.
• Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems with variable conditions and follow written/oral instructions.
• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; <1 year related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Physical Demands: Sit, use hands, reach; occasionally lift up to 20 pounds; vision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Reviews invoices to ensure accuracy and makes changes to orders as needed.
• Processes RMAs for returned products or re-billed orders.
• Issues credit memos for pricing, taxes, and FES charges.
• Modifies national accounts by adding products as needed for buybacks.
• Compiles invoices and bills of lading for customer payment.
• Ensures invoices are submitted by mail, email, or website with documentation.
• Communicates professionally with customers and co-workers.
• Calculates amounts for bulk COD deliveries as needed by drivers.
• Responsible for next-day billing for deliveries with 99% accuracy.
• Maintains flexible schedule; overtime may be required.
• Assists supervisor on special projects and orders.
• Assist operations in understanding orders that were picked but not invoiced.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
