Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage family billing, payments, and account follow-up for the NC South Clubs. The role maintains accurate family accounts in MyClubHub, resolves billing questions with parents, and works with Club Directors to reflect enrollment and attendance.

Responsibilities include processing payments, reviewing balances, contacting families about past-due balances and scholarships, processing scholarship requests, and preparing monthly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 1 year billing/AR or related data work preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; MyClubHub a plus.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail.
• Background checks required per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate family billing and payment records in MyClubHub for all NC South Clubs.
• Confirm billing matches enrollment, attendance, and program changes with Directors.
• Process and record payments, balances, and updates.
• Review balances regularly to identify past-due accounts.
• Contact parents about billing, past-due balances, scholarships, and expirations.
• Assist families with payment options and questions; escalate as needed.
• Process scholarship requests and maintain documentation.
• Issue statements monthly and as needed.
• Prepare billing, scholarship, and POC data for monthly reporting.
• Maintain member records required for licensing and reporting.
• Follow all financial policies; no discounts without approval.
