Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage family billing, payments, and account follow-up across NC South Clubs, keeping MyClubHub records accurate and aligned with enrollment and attendance.

You will resolve billing questions with parents, process payments and scholarships, and prepare data for monthly reporting, working with Club Directors and the Area Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year billing/accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; MyClubHub experience a plus.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, tact in conversations about money.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must pass FBI and state background checks per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate family billing and payment records in MyClubHub for all NC South Clubs.
• Work with Club Directors to confirm billing matches enrollment, attendance, and program changes.
• Process and record payments, balances, and account updates.
• Review account balances to identify past-due accounts and discrepancies.
• Contact parents about billing, payments, past-due balances, scholarships, and expirations.
• Assist families with payment options and billing questions; escalate issues as needed.
• Process scholarship requests and maintain scholarship documentation.
• Issue monthly and ad-hoc account statements.
• Prepare billing, scholarship, and POC data for monthly reporting for supervisor review.
• Maintain member records required for licensing and reporting in MyClubHub.
