Job summary

Simera is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage invoicing, billing adjustments, and reports. You will work with Accounts Receivable, Finance, and Sales to ensure accurate and timely customer invoices and resolve discrepancies.

The role requires experience in invoicing, proficiency with Excel/Sheets, and comfort working remotely with strong communication skills. You will handle month-end processes and produce aging reports for management.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable or finance.
• Experience preparing and processing customer invoices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using accounting, billing, ERP, or financial management software.
• Ability to manage high volumes of billing transactions while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills for professional interaction with customers and internal teams.
