Job summary

Simera is seeking a billing professional to manage invoicing and accounts receivable from a remote environment. You will prepare and issue invoices, verify pricing and taxes, and resolve discrepancies while coordinating with Finance and Sales.

You will handle high volumes, maintain accuracy, and support month-end activities. Proficiency in Excel and ERP software is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with billing, invoicing, AR, or finance.
• Experience preparing and processing customer invoices.
• Experience using accounting, billing, or ERP software.
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of billing with accuracy.
