Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Billing Specialist II to manage invoices, reconcile accounts, and support finance operations. This mid-level role requires collaboration with finance, sales, and customer service to ensure accurate billing and compliant processes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in billing or AR, with ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite) and strong Excel skills. Medical, dental, vision, life, disability coverage and a 401k plan are provided.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in billing, accounts receivable, or financial ops.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and process invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing data for accuracy, including pricing, discounts, and taxes.
• Ensure all billing transactions comply with contracts and policies.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain billing records.
• Assist in reports on billing trends, outstanding balances, and revenue tracking.
• Respond to customer inquiries and disputes; collaborate with finance, sales, and service teams.
• Identify process improvements and support automation and compliance initiatives.
