Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Billing Specialist to join the Project Support Staff. This role offers full-time, non-exempt work with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will handle high-volume billing, invoicing for labor, equipment and materials, manage accounts payable and AR aging, and support project management with billing procedures. Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven experience as Billing Specialists.
• Outside Utility experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office including the ability to operate computerized spreadsheet programs and the ability to turn large volume of data into meaningful information.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variety of variables in situations.
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and the analytical ability to solve problems and issues.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Exceptional time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsabilités

• Perform high volume of customer billing consisting of Create weekly time and equipment invoices for our client utilizing multiple templates in excel and other formats.
• Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as invoicing, preparation of payroll and Accounts payable reports.
• Analyzes and organizes incoming payments.
• Assist project management team with billing procedures and updates on Purchase order statuses.
• Ensure completion of all company documents and send all necessary paperwork to corporate on weekly basis.
• Assist with preparation of AR aging and other reports for management team.
• Assist management in various administrative duties and special projects.
• Provide customer service to customers regarding any invoicing issues.
• Release and close out POS once payments and reconciliations are completed.
