Bo-Mac Contractors, Ltd. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support billing accuracy and timely cash flow in a high-volume AR environment.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and proactive work habits, interacting with internal teams and customers. Responsibilities include posting billing, providing AR reports, monitoring lien/bond statuses, and reconciling cash with the general ledger, while maintaining AR documentation and supporting the Job Cost Accounting Manager as

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of billing or AR experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work proactively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with accounting systems/software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review billing documents for accuracy and post to the company’s accounting system.
• Provide weekly AR reports to jobsite locations and management.
• Monitor lien and bond claim statuses to ensure compliance and timely filing.
• Record daily cash receipts from wire transfers and mobile deposits.
• Reconcile and report cash activity against the general ledger.
• Maintain and organize AR and general accounting documentation.
• Assist the Job Cost Accounting Manager with various tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties within the organization as assigned.
• Interact with internal departments and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.
