Americrane Rentals is seeking a Billing Specialist to join the accounting team. This role handles invoicing, verifies documentation, and ensures accurate, on-time billing for crane rental and related services.

Collaboration with operations, dispatch, and project management is essential to maintain precise billing records. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, is organized, and can coordinate across departments.

Qualifications

• Requires strong billing, invoicing, accounting or administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software and QuickBooks preferred; familiarity with electronic invoicing.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Verify billing against work orders, rental agreements, and supporting docs.
• Review crane rental hours, rates, labor, trucking, and other billable expenses for accuracy.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations to obtain missing or corrected billing docs.
• Ensure invoices reflect contract terms and agreed charges.
• Submit invoices via portals or email as required.
• Maintain organized billing records and docs.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries.
• Monitor unbilled work and ensure timely invoicing of completed services.
• Assist with month-end close, reports, and reconciliations.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.
• Follow company policies on billing accuracy and documentation.
