Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or equivalent field.
• 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or accounts payable.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience uploading invoices to third-party portals and processing payments.
• Strong communication, data management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for all cases post completion and ensure accuracy.
• Resolve discrepancies prior to invoicing and verify billing data.
• Coordinate with sales, service coordinators, and project managers on billable work.
• Prepare reports for unbillable work and support progress billing.
• Utilize manufacturer portals for monthly and ad hoc reporting.
• Submit invoices timely within manufacturer portals.
• Support customer financial onboarding and commission entry.
• Maintain daily customer records and manage updates with outreach.
• Support data management and process improvements for automation.
