Key responsibilities include managing client billing across accounts, preparing invoices, coordinating with Brand Teams to meet deadlines, and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong mathematical and numerical skills.
• College degree or equivalent prior experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with FreeWheel, Strata/SBMS, or Prisma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client billing with high accuracy.
• Coordinate billing with Brand Teams to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and distribute client billing packages.
• Maintain organized records and respond to ad-hoc requests.
• Escalate workflow issues to Billing Manager.
• Support status reporting and meetings.
