Chris Baily in New York City is seeking a Billing Associate to own the full billing lifecycle for multiple departments. You will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely processing to support strong cash flow.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) with opportunities for growth and exposure to senior finance leadership.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of billing experience in an agency, entertainment, sports, talent management, or related environment.
• Experience managing full-cycle billing and accounts receivable processes across multiple client groups.
• Exposure to client trust accounting or agency accounting environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full billing lifecycle for multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
• Coordinate client and vendor onboarding, job setup, billing arrangements, and contract compliance requirements.
• Prepare and process invoices across various revenue streams, including management fees, sponsorships, and B2B accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, including out-of-pocket expenses and outstanding billable items.
• Partner with internal sales and marketing teams to address open billing issues and improve collections efforts.
• Facilitate recurring accounts receivable and collections reviews to accelerate payment activity and optimize cash flow.
