Job summary

Employee Relations Associates, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist in Charlotte, NC to support billing operations in a 4PL warehouse environment. You will review invoices, validate activity, and ensure customers are billed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of experience in billing, AR/AP, logistics, or audit, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Onsite schedule, contract role, with opportunities to improve billing processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in billing, AR, AP, or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate invoices for warehouse and fulfillment services.
• Analyze warehouse activity including inbound/outbound shipments, storage, handling, and value-added services.
• Identify and resolve duplicate, missing, or inaccurate charges.
• Coordinate with operations, AP/AR, finance, and customers to resolve billing issues.
• Develop working knowledge of billing workflows to support timely invoicing.
