Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a remote Billing Support specialist to manage a high-volume Invoice to Cash workflow, addressing customer inquiries, payment questions, and reconciliation requests with accuracy and urgency.

You will research issues across billing systems, ERP tools, and payment platforms, own escalations from Sales and GTM teams, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to move cases toward resolution and timely invoice payment.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing support, accounts receivable, finance operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues across multiple systems and sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for responding clearly and professionally to customers and internal partners.
• Ability to manage a heavy caseload while staying organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

The pay range for this role is $33 - $70 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
