United Utility Services is seeking a Billing Specialist to manage client invoicing with accuracy and timeliness. You will monitor accounts receivable, respond to inquiries, and maintain billing records within the accounting system in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with sales and customer service. Experience with Sage 300 and Excel is preferred; location is Latham, NY.

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $70,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

About The Role

As Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the billing process for clients and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. This role involves a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Key Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.

• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
