Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group in the St. Louis Metro Area is seeking a Contract-to-Hire Billing/Service Specialist for our client. This 100% onsite role offers pay ranging from $26-$28 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties include processing high-volume billings, managing billing deadlines, and reconciling invoices in the billing system. Construction billing and Timberline/Sage 300 experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience processing large-dollar-volume invoices and managing multiple billings.
• Construction industry experience, including exposure to T&M billing, contracts, and lien waivers, preferred.
• Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (Timberline) experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
