Job summary

Billing Specialist in Seattle, WA on-site role with the opportunity for hybrid work after onboarding. Competitive salary range of $75,000–$85,000 DOE, with room to grow within a well-established professional services organization.

You will oversee recurring billing, respond to client inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, while gaining visibility through cross-department projects and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related accounting.
• Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
• Legal billing experience preferred but not required.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with billing/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recurring billing processes, including invoice review, revisions, and final distribution
• Respond to billing inquiries and serve as a resource for account-related questions
• Ensure invoicing activities align with client requirements and company policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain timely billing cycles
