Job summary

Harris Computer in Santa Fe, NM seeks an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage invoicing, credits, debits, and customer accounts. You will proactively coordinate with departments on problem accounts and collaborate with Collections to resolve billing issues.

Responsibilities include timely responses to information requests, preparing month-end and quarter-end data, and conducting account reconciliation. A related degree and relevant experience are preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience

COMPENSATION DETAILS

The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
