Job summary

Harris Computer in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to maintain customer accounts, process credits and debits, and resolve billing issues. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate, timely responses to requests and drive smooth month-end and quarter-end closes.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication. Eligible to participate in a bonus/merit program within a comprehensive rewards package.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience.
• Education in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance).
• Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accounts.
• Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
• Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information.
• Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end.

COMPENSATION DETAILS

The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
