Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a detail-oriented accounting/AR specialist to handle invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance, ensuring accuracy in every transaction.

You will proactively communicate with multiple departments on problem accounts, assist Collections to resolve billing issues, and provide timely information to customers and colleagues while supporting month-end and quarter-end close.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable or finance environments.
• Strong data integrity and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance.
• Communicate with various departments on problem accounts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience

COMPENSATION DETAILS

The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
