Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional in Philadelphia to manage invoicing, credits and debits, and customer account maintenance. The role requires coordination with multiple departments on problem accounts and collaboration with Collections to resolve billing issues.

You will respond to inquiries promptly and contribute to month-end and quarter-end close processes, including reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing, credits and debits for customer accounts.
• Coordinate with departments on problem accounts and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Collections to resolve billing issues.
• Respond promptly to customer and employee inquiries for information.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance)
• Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accounts
• Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
• Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
• Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end
• Account reconciliation

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience

COMPENSATION DETAILS

The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
