Job summary

Harris Computer is hiring for an Accounts Receivable role in the United States. You will handle invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance, and work with various departments to resolve billing issues.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance)
• Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accounts
• Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
• Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
• Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end
• Account reconciliation

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience

COMPENSATION DETAILS

The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
