Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage invoicing, credits, debits, and related customer accounts. You will proactively communicate with multiple departments on problem accounts and collaborate with Collections to resolve billing issues.

The role also involves providing timely responses to customer and employee information requests and preparing data for month-end and quarter-end processes, including account reconciliations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance)
• Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accounts
• Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
• Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information
• Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end
• Account reconciliation

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience

COMPENSATION DETAILS

The potential hourly pay rate is $19 to $21, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
