Springborn Staffing is partnering with a well-established transportation and logistics company seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team in Portland, ME. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in invoices, billing processes, and data entry within a busy office.

The successful candidate will learn systems, support accounting and operations, and enjoy a stable weekday schedule with on-the-job training.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and eager to learn. Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to grow their administrative and accounting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and billing transactions accurately and timely.
• Enter and verify information in company systems.
• Review supporting documentation to ensure billing requirements are met.
