Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records and data entry for billing; pair invoices with work orders; track labor hours; obtain correct information and prepare work orders for billing.
• Maintain logs of all financial transactions, adjustments and customer data.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer complaints professionally.
• Generate and issue accurate itemized bills, invoices and statements.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication between departments.
• Handle sensitive financial and client information securely.

Job Description:

Position: Billing Specialist

Location: Kansas City, MO

Schedule: Monday-Friday-9:00AM-5:00PM

Pay: $25-$30 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Duties:

• Maintain accurate records and data entry for billing purposes - pair invoices with work orders,
  keep track of labor hours, communicate with other employees to obtain proper
  information, and prepare company work orders for billing.
• Maintain logs of all financial transactions, adjustments and customer data.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or customer complaints in professional manner.
• Generate and issue accurate itemized bills, invoices and statements.
• Maintaining clear written and verbal communication between departments.
• Handle sensitive financial and client information securely.
