In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing billing activities for assigned customers while providing critical accounts receivable and financial reporting insights to leadership. What You’ll Do

• Manage time entry and prepare accurate, timely invoices for assigned customers
• Interpret customer contracts to ensure correct billing and compliance
• Create, review, and submit invoices with all required supporting documentation
• Track invoice submissions and document delivery methods
• Monitor Aged AR and follow up with customers to support timely payment
• Maintain clear notes and communication for leadership and customer inquiries
• Prepare and maintain:
• Work‑In‑Progress (WIP) reports
• Retention reports
• Budget reports for executive review
• Partner with field and internal teams to resolve billing or production gaps
• Safeguard confidential financial and customer information

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred
• Experience working with customer contracts is a plus
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel skills preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
