Job summary

Beacon Hill in the DFW area is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join the Billing Department. The role focuses on high-volume, full-cycle billing and requires collaboration with accounting to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to support accurate invoicing and month-end close activities.

The Billing Coordinator will have experience in the following.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Process high volume full-cycle billing for assigned locations
• Review work orders, purchase orders, and supporting documentation prior to invoicing
• Process billing adjustments, credit memos, rebills, and other invoice corrections
• Partner with accounting and other internal teams to resolve billing issues
• Generated AR billing reports and support month-end close activities

Requirements:

• Large ERP experience is required, NetSuite is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) is preferred
