Beacon Hill is partnering with a growing professional services firm in the Philadelphia area to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The role focuses on cash applications, payment processing, and coordinating with billing and collections teams.

You will maintain accurate records, respond to inquiries, and help resolve unapplied payments in a fast-paced environment. Requires 2+ years AR experience, Excel proficiency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Beacon Hill is working with a growing professional services organization in the Philadelphia area to identify an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist. Key Responsibilities

• Process and apply incoming payments accurately and timely.
• Research and resolve unapplied, unidentified, and pending cash transactions.

Compensation

• $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
