Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an Accounts Receivable/Revenue Specialist with 1+ year of experience to manage payment postings, cash application, and reconciliation. The role collaborates with accounting, billing, and collections teams to resolve discrepancies and support month-end close.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and strong Excel and ERP systems skills, enabling accurate revenue accounting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, or Revenue Accounting experience.
• Understanding of Accounts Receivable and General Ledger concepts.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.

• Research and resolve unapplied cash and payment discrepancies.
