The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of billing experience in transportation or shared services, plus proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. This full-time position requires five days onsite in Franklin, TN.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of billing experience, ideally in transportation, logistics, or shared services.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Adena, 3GTMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Franklin, TN five days a week is required.

This is a fully onsite position and requires working in the Franklin, TN office five days per week.

Perform billing reconciliations and resolve discrepancies or disputes.

Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, Credit, and Collections teams to ensure billing accuracy.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $52,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
