Soni is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team in Franklin, TN. This onsite position focuses on accurate invoicing, reconciliations, rate verification, and manifest creation across divisions.

The role requires five days per week in the Franklin office. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, reconciling billing discrepancies, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of billing experience in transportation, logistics, or shared services.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and distribute invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Perform billing reconciliations and resolve discrepancies or disputes.
• Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, Credit, and Collections teams to ensure billing accuracy.
• Verify AP/AR information and close out customer loads as needed.
• Maintain billing records, reports, and customer documentation.
• Respond to internal and external billing inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Assist with audits, reporting, SOP updates, and special projects.

This is a fully onsite position and requires working in the Franklin, TN office five days per week.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Franklin, TN five days a week is required.

Compensation: $50,000 - $52,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
